He successfully completed the IPO for the company raising Rs.500 crores with 10 % dilution in about 21 months from the setting up of the company. He was a board member in various subsidiaries managing different verticals, subsidiaries and joint ventures. He was instrumental in getting the company ratings and raise large fund to increase the loan book.

He successfully managed and completed Buy Back of shares for the company. He successfully implemented a supply chain optimization process which led to annual savings of INR 50-80 crore.
